Gain height--> skipping, running, hopefully hang myself...upsidedown i mean so that i can stretch my legs so it doesn't look so stumpy
second-->don't overeat, if you are full, stop eating go for a snack later if you're hungry
third--> avoid excess snacks, treats, sleeps or computer usage, drink more water
fourth--> clean the house more often to get my hygienedhahlheklchkeje a little better
fifth--> plan my day , then do it untill its done
Today i woke up at 1:00 pm...wow so late, i wonder if it has anything to do with too much computer
then skipped up amd down for 1300 times, then ride felix's bike for half and hour, then got scared by a dog cause it barked at mean and a pushed the bike to try to squish it
then now i have to work.
Tomoro i shall do 2000 skipping stuff and ride the bike for an hour then hang myself ahhA
